Privacy policy

This page explains what WorkSimplicity collects when you visit worksimplicity.ai or join the private beta, and what we do with it. In short: we keep what you type into the beta form, we use it only to talk to you about the beta, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

When you join the private beta

We keep:

We use them only to invite you to the private beta and to email you about it. We don't sell them, and we don't share them with anyone for their own use.

Stopping spam

To stop one computer from flooding the list, we count sign-ups from each IP address per hour. We store the count with a coded form of the address (a hash), not the address itself, and delete it automatically, usually within a few days.

When you visit

This site sets no cookies and has no analytics, advertising or tracking. Its pages, fonts, images and video all come from worksimplicity.ai, so no other company learns that you visited. We don't keep logs of visits.

Who handles your details

How long we keep them

We keep your sign-up until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it for the beta. After we delete it, our backups keep a copy for up to 35 days.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. Email us at support@worksimplicity.ai, and we'll do it.

Children

This site and the beta are not meant for anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
